It's a red tuna block grilled but still raw inside placed on a bed of vegetables: broccoli, spring onions, green asparagus, zucchini and carrots. It's a great traditional style pintxo. The squid is stuffed with simmered onion, mushrooms, prawns and a bit of reduction cream. Then the squid is grilled for one and a half minute on each side. Garnishd with fried leek. PRICE: €3.00
